and wonder to yourself…
“maybe I’m just not good at this?”
Is bedtime leaving you both in tears?
From one friend to another, let me tell you this: If putting your baby to sleep is a struggle, night after night, and you've started dreading bedtime...
It doesn’t make you a bad mom.
Ready for your life to change?
(very tired) bell?
Does this ring A
Feeding, rocking, sleeping in your bed or playing endless rounds of pop-the-pacifier-back-in.

"This course literally changed my life. Thank youuuuu 🙏🏻"
— Rina, proud mama of an 8 month old who now sleeps through the night
getting a full night's sleep feels like
something out of another life.
It’s hard to remember the last time you slept without being interrupted, for a decent stretch of time.
Sometimes, your baby starts to sleep a little better.
You whisper a prayer and hope you’re out of the woods.
And then your baby gets sick. Or starts teething again. Or you go away for the holiday. And it gets a lot worse.
And throughout all the sleep drama, there's a niggling voice in the back of your head, wondering...
Is there something wrong with me?
Or something wrong with my baby?
something inside of you knows
it's time for a change.
And there’s another part of you that’s terrified of traumatizing your baby by leaving them alone to Cry It Out. Deep down, you feel like you’re finally ready to do whatever it takes to help your baby sleep better. As long as that doesn’t mean leaving them to cry alone. You’re ready to put in the work, but you want to be there with your baby through it all.
Let me tell you the truth: you've been lied to.
There's a reason you feel this way about sleep training. It's unnatural to leave babies alone to cry in their cribs, wondering where mama disappeared to. And also, babies don’t self soothe. They co-regulate. There's a big difference between those two.
There's a
better way
Here’s your permission to let go of the belief that you just need to be "brave" or "strong" and let your baby cry for a few nights and then all will be well.
Here’s your permission to move into the belief that you can support your baby into better sleep, and then support them back into better sleep when things go awry after illness, teething, travel or rough days.

get ready to meet
A self-paced program to help your baby get better sleep in the next 14 days without traditional Cry-It-Out methods.
I’ll walk your through each step of teaching your baby how to sleep better while maintaining your love, trust and connected bond.
part one
4 different methods to help your baby sleep independently - pick your favorite. Every single method has you staying in the room, right next to your baby’s crib the whole time. No Cry It Out. No Extinction. No Ferber. No Controlled Crying. After learning all 4 methods, you’ll feel empowered to choose the one that’s the best fit for your family. Because there’s no one size fits all.
part two
You’ll use these strategies for naps too. Because naps are awesome- but they can be hard to come by. You'll learn how to lengthen short naps, and get sample schedules to use these as a plug-and-play in your daily life, tweaking as your baby needs to create a flexible nap + feeding schedule that works for your baby and your family.
part Three
The part we all dread. We’ll explore why babies cry during sleep changes and give you practical tools and strategies to remain calm and supportive throughout the crying. Yes, all sleep changes bring about some level of crying. And that’s NOT the same as Cry-It-Out. Supporting your baby through the tears reassures them that you’re always there for them, hard times included.
part four
You'll learn how to handle short naps, missed naps, naps-on-the-go, rough nights, no-nap days, and other bumps in the life of a baby. Aka life is not Instagram so let’s be realistic. So you can actually live this program instead of rolling your eyes at it (like the other sleep books you read).
You can watch a course, but then there’s YOUR baby. With their specific struggles and quirks. So let’s explore common issues that come up around baby sleep: short naps, rough days, early wakings, stroller + swing naps, feeling “nap trapped”, pacifier struggles, and moving baby into their own room. Because these things can feel daunting - and surprisingly, the answers are more simple than you’d think.
part five
bottom line?
here's what you'll come away with
01
Head back to work feeling rested and refreshed each morning after a solid night's sleep.
02
Get back into date night without worrying how bedtime will go without you.
03
Naps you can count on as your plan that coffee date with a friend.
04
Confidence to navigate teething, sleep regressions and illness, with a proven plan for getting back on track.

and get better sleep.
From cosleeping toddler to 12 hour crib sleep
"I feel amazing about the method you recommended - I was there the entire time, reassuring her, never leaving her side. I can't thank you enough!"
The best part of helping Sarah with her 21-month old was when she messaged us, telling us that her toddler was so PROUD of herself now that she sleeps in her crib all night long.
From night feeds every 2 hours to a full night's sleep
"I truly believe that everyone should take this course. It's life changing."
Efrat braved, in her words, "a huge undertaking." She weaned her baby off of night feeds and went from cosleeping to crib sleep, and her baby began falling asleep without help and following a predictable schedule each day.
From a house turned upside down to a 4-second bedtime
"I can't begin to tell you how happy I am with your program! Tonight is night #4 and it's AMAZING how she caught on so fast!"
Batsheva's house was turned upside down at naptime and bedtime. She, her husband and her older kids all took turns rocking the baby's crib for hours until she slept. By night 4 of the program, her baby was babbling happily in her crib after 4 seconds. Her mother (understandably) had no words.

But deep down, you know your baby can sleep for longer stretches of time. And that teething doesn’t last 4 straight months. You could keep trying every sleep sack, sound machine and bedtime lotion that exists… but we all know at this point that more often than not, those are a waste of money. And time. And energy.

SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
It won't turn your baby into a sleep unicorn. It won't guarantee 12 hour nights every night until they start preschool. Babies are people and sleep is…complicated. This course will teach you the basics of baby sleep, and show you how to improve your baby’s sleep in a way that supports them and honors their humanity.
Cry It Out “works” for many babies in the short run to help them sleep through the night. What it doesn’t work for is supporting a bigger goal of helping your baby develop the neural pathways to eventually soothe themselves, which requires being soothed by someone else first. Aka you.
Based on what I’ve learned about attachment, infant brain development and parenting, my hot take is that Cry It Out, Ferber or Controlled Crying are not things I can get behind. If you’ve tried any of these, zero judgment. We’re all trying the best we can with the tools we have. And this is the story of life.
TLDR? Babies don’t learn to self soothe by being left alone to cry. They self soothe after many repeated instances of being soothed by an attentive caregiver.
Absolutely! You can still improve sleep for naps, bedtime and for other times of the night when baby isn't waking for a feed.
As long as the course exists, it’s YOURS, BABY! Life has enough pressure. You don’t need any more. Use it for this baby, come back to it after baby gets sick, and come back again for the next baby. And the next.
Oh, I hear you! As a busy mom of 4 and a business owner, I get what it means to be pressed for time. The good news is that this course is not long AND is broken into bite sized, easy-to-digest videos. Some videos are just 2 minutes long! You can also play the videos as a podcast, listening to them while you’re washing dishes or driving carpool. It can be easy!
This course is for babies ages 4-24 months who sleep in cribs- or sleep in the stroller, bassinet or mama’s bed, but you want them to sleep in the crib!
Unsupported sleep training methods may leave babies with trauma. If a baby is left alone to cry for extended periods of time with no reassurance and support, they can shut down and go into survival mode as a protective mechanism.
The only sleep training I can get behind are methods that have you, the parent, staying right next to your baby’s crib the whole time. No Ferber. No hidden Cry It Out. No check-ins.
None of that. Your baby will likely cry at some point through the process. And that doesn’t have to be traumatic. In fact, that’s called scaffolding + supporting your baby through a learning process. With you right by their side, supporting them as they learn new patterns, you can create positive change in a super supportive way.
This course is self-paced and self-directed, best suited for the DIY mama who just needs a plan. While our team is there on the other end of our support inbox to clarify anything confusing in the course, 1:1 custom support is not included in the purchase of this program. Don’t fret though- if you take the course and want your questions answered, you can book a 30 minute phone consult with a Baby Sleep Maven consultant!
100 percent! I’ve kept my own babies in my bedroom for longer than I've cared to admit to my pediatrician (he’s the best! But some things are just better left unsaid) You can use this course no matter where your precious baby sleeps.
You sure can! 30 minute phone consults can be purchased separately in addition to the course if you feel you need customized support.
