“I tried sleep training my baby on my own for 9 long months and absolutely nothing worked. She would wake up every morning at 4am and nothing would help her to get back to sleep. Finally, I decided to invest in myself and my family and let me tell you –it was the smartest thing I could have done. I felt so empowered after reading it because I actually had a plan to follow. Within three nights of reading the guide, my baby was sleeping through the night till 7:30 AM. I feel an enormous sense of relief. I can’t thank Riki enough!”

Tamari J, Bergenfield, NJ

“This taught me a clear, practical method to push off my baby’s morning wake time –it worked within three days! Even better was that I was able to see my baby making progress with each passing day. Eventually, the first morning babbling would start at 7:30am. I’m so thankful that I was able to turn to Riki for help!”

Gali S, Wesley Hills, NY

“I’m praying that I’m not jinxing anything by writing this… my baby slept until 6:10am! Thank you so much. This was very helpful!”

Ashley H, Houston TX

“Just as we were settling into lockdown and enjoying a later start to our days, our son started waking up over an hour early each morning. What were we supposed to do?! Thankfully Riki’s Early Morning Waking Guidance was spot on and it quickly solved the issue!”

Yael M,New City, NY

Some babies are naturally earlier risers than others. However, there are a few different underlying factors that can contribute to your baby waking up earlier than necessary. This guide will help you understand if all those components are in place, or if there’s something that can be tweaked.

While in some cases it can, babies are biologically ‘programmed’  to rise between 6 and 7 am. For the purposes of this guide, an early morning waking is defined as a waking before 6am. If your baby is waking anywhere between 6 and 7 am, that’s normal. You can still try the guide to push off wake time later, it’s just not a guarantee.
