My 18-month-old has severe asthma and has always been a terrible sleeper. At 8 months, we finally turned to a professional sleep coach. We saw some improvement, but because of our son’s medical condition, the original coaching didn’t amount to anything and we were not able to achieve the results we so badly needed.
Our son was constantly on medication, inhalers and a nebulizer which had a side effect of insomnia and required that we wake him up every 4 hours. Because of this, the coach we worked with didn’t think there was anything else we could do to improve the situation.

After months of dysfunctional sleep and constant frustration, our son finally sleeps in his crib the whole night and falls asleep without assistance. He has even kept his sleep schedule while on his medication (a mini-miracle)!
I would highly recommend Riki to anyone who is having a hard time with getting their child to go to sleep, stay in bed or sleep through the night. I feel better as a mother knowing that with Riki’s help I gave my child the ability to sleep- something he was lacking for a long time.
