Tell me a little bit about yourself, Mama
Let's get to know your Baby
When teaching a baby to sleep through the night, the natural wakeup time will be between 6-6:30 am. With some additional work, you can teach your baby to sleep until 7 or even 7:30 am, but it requires additional work and time on your part. Either one is ok for your baby.
This can be about your baby, about you, about your house or sleep setup, or anything!
