Getting more sleep is great.

But the real win?

Being empowered to do it in a way that
feels right

Traditional Cry-it-Out sleep training programs might work for some moms.

But they won’t work for you.

Here’s the truth:

A connection-based, supportive sleep strategy that honors your baby while creating real change.

You need

Meet Riki

To be honest, I don’t believe all babies can (or should) sleep through the night.

Every baby and family is unique, with their own needs, temperament, biology and lifestyle. Case in point: my 4 kids. Despite what I told my pediatrician, some of them slept 12 hours from a young age, and some of them stayed in my room while continuing night feedings well past their first birthday (love you Dr. G!)

So yeah, I’m a Sleep specialist.

That's why You get to choose.

People often ask: "what's your method?"

Spoiler: there is no one method that helps every baby.
That's why I offer you a variety of sleep strategies so you can pick what works for you.

Whether you want to cosleep, keep night feedings, or go for a full night’s sleep using supportive sleep strategies, I’ve got a step-by-step, proven plan for you.

This  is your journey. We follow your heart and mama intuition, combined with effective strategies for better sleep.

Who doesn’t believe every baby should be sleeping through the night. And who knows that some can.

And that there’s a solution for every family out there.

Your intuition

we believe:

Leaving a baby to cry alone in a room, coming back to check on them based on a number on the clock?

Teaching my own kids to rely on me to help them process their feelings- while telling other moms to let their babies cry alone?

Couldn't do it any more.

Focusing on brain development, co-regulation and attachment simply doesn’t jive with traditional sleep training.

As I grew in motherhood and my field, my approach towards baby sleep underwent a radical shift.

Want the real story?

As I grew as a mother and my intuition grew stronger, traditional sleep training felt less and less ok with me.

It all started with two tiny twins and a mom who had no idea how to function without sleep (oh yeah. me.)

I learned about sleep training early on and implemented the first book I could get my hands on.  It worked. Magic.

I started to help friends and cousins get their babies to sleep, and Baby Sleep Maven was born.

But if I'm being honest with you… something always felt a little off.

The Baby Sleep Maven Difference

No Cry It Out. No Ferber. No controlled crying. So what do we do? We recognize that babies have feelings just like we parents do. And when babies have a loving attachment figure who stays and soothes them through the tears, it helps them develop the neural pathways to eventually soothe themselves.

We're         around here

Sleeping a neat 12 hours isn’t the gold standard of baby sleep. I mean hey, for some babies it works. But many babies still need night feeds and are fine with a shorter night's sleep. And things can improve for your baby's unique situation too.

It's gotta feel right in your soul

Getting better sleep in a way that feels aligned and true to your heart is what we’re here for. The results are secondary - your relationship with your baby always comes first. Making changes to your baby's sleep has to feel good to you - and you have so many options to choose from.

real

I’m so proud of my courses and sleep consultants who share my tools, strategies and sleep philosophies with thousands of moms around the world.

The best part?

It's not just that babies are sleeping better. It’s that our moms feel good about how they're helping their babies get more sleep.

Let's get some sleep

Feel like you're in the right place?
